Hello ~facek, welcome to DA :) If this is your first time here:

Get to know deviantArt. A lot of wacky events have been happening lately that have changed the course of DA forever! I would reccommend getting to know some of the fathers of DA, °jark, $spyed and °matteo. Then, to get yourself immersed in the community, go to the forums and chat rooms- I would reccommend (in the forums area) that you go to The Deviants Forum and start making some friends, and when you want some feedback for your work, make sure you post it to the DA Thumbshare Forum. For help, read the FAQ, and if your question isn't answered, try going to the Help Forum.

The Chat Rooms are a lot of fun as well- here, you can interact live with deviants. The chat rooms are sorted into many, many categories- so you can be sure that there's going to be one specifically for you! :) Certain chat rooms are as well hosted for special events, which are good to watch out for. You can also Create your own chat room, to open up a whole different topic, in case you don't see the one you want there. :)

Then, start giving feedback yourself. Every deviant's opinion on another Deviant's work is important, it's valued and appreciated, and you're sure to get a good thanks from every artist :) Start marking favourites as well- a favourite thing by many deviants is to go through another deviant's favourites gallery. The favourites gallery is a gallery of work that you found to strike you in some way, it was special, it brough out certain emotions in you, you just overall liked the deviation a lot.
A good way to attract art of your preference is in the DA Thumbshare Forum- post a thread asking people to show off thier stuff! Keep it narrowed down to one certain type of art: there are many, many different types of art held to one person, and many more artists on this site. This method will have people flocking to respond; your message center will be filled with forum replies and thumbnails just screaming for your attention. =D

The Daily Deviations should be checked out every day, this is a special gallery that is put together every day by the administrators of each gallery, finding the best content in there and featuring it to the entire community. This gallery can be accessed through the Front Page.

The front page is your number one resource. While not everything can be found there, all of the main site content is displayed here for you to navigate to: galleries of every category of art are listed, the current news is listed, there's a shoutboard, a current poll, the Daily Deviation panel, and much, much more. Get to know and love it- it loves you right back!

Something else that should be thoroughly read and understood is the deviantArt Etiquette Policy. This'll help you make sure you're not banned for any reason, although I'm sure that won't be a problem. =D

If you have any questions, feel free to, as mentioned, post the question in the Help Forum. If you require further help, feel free to Note Me.

Thank you for joining, good luck here and have fun! :)
